Rick Perry is a graduate of Morehead State University with a B.A. in Sociology, with postgraduate studies in Accounting, Business, Purchasing Management and Computer Science. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager and a member of the National Association of Purchasing Management. He has coordinated the procurement responsibilities for more than 50 renovation projects, as well as three new Hilton Hotel developments.
