Arthur J. Schiller is Secretary and General Counsel of Lane Hospitality and has been an officer of the company since its formation and a director since 2000. Mr. Schiller has counseled hoteliers and hospitality executives for nearly thirty years and brings a broad range of experience in corporate and business law (including securities issuances and IPOs), labor and employment matters, real estate acquisition and financing, government regulation, licensing and franchising and litigation management. The transactions Mr. Schiller has been intimately involved with are valued in the billions of dollars. Previously in private practice in Chicago, Mr. Schiller served as a Senior Vice President of Lane Industries, Inc. from 1992 until 2006 and today continues as that company's Secretary and General Counsel. He is a graduate of Carleton College and the University of Illinois College of Law.
