Corporate Benefits Manager
Edith Williams joined Lane Hospitality in 2006. She is responsible for companywide benefits and 401(k) administration for more than 1,400 employees, and develops and implements all new hire processes, annual open enrollment procedures, policy adaptations and new benefit plans. She has also launched a unique wellness and disease management company-wide campaign.
Prior to joining Lane, Edith administered corporate benefits programs including 401(k) and profit sharing for Omron Management Center of America, the global electronic components leader. She also assisted with regulatory compliance and implemented the company's RX mail order program. Edith has a B.A. from Mundelein College and completed Human Resources Management and Professional Human Resource Management certifications.
