Our training initiatives include extensive on-boarding, management development, legally mandated training, optimal customer service, individual development plans, customized training initiatives, and specific training and development courses.

The Human Resources Department also provides performance assessment, payroll processing services, compensation management, employee celebration programs, and benefits administration.  Performance is measured via the “Scorecard,” our innovative method for formally tracking key result areas.  In addition, “Going for the Gold” rewards outstanding achievers at the annual leadership conference.
